Determination of the category "basic emotions" is essentially important for psycholinguistic researches as they (emotions) are obviously reflected in human consciousness. The article enumerates different criteria referring emotions either to basic or to secondary ones. Its interpretation is based on the interrelation of two levels of text: deep and surface where the first is represented with the help of such coding-constant structure as an invariant, while the second expresses it differently using a row of the so called speech synonyms. The means which unite these levels within the limits of creating the reply as a component of the dramatic text is functional semantic dependence. It defines reply as a unit that does not depend on the art tense and space relations and separates it from the utterance which contrary to reply wholly depends on the artistic time and space relations.

In the article we tackle the problem of language worldview change in borrowings. By analyzing the assimilation of the word 'supermarket' in the Japanese and Russian languages we prove that in some cases the meaning of a loanword can change according to the way of conceptualization, characteristic of the recipient language, while in other cases the system accepts the worldview of another language.

The intensive research of the German political language in Germany has led to the creation of the new discipline of the German applied linguistics, that is called political linguistics, which requires its own terminology and acceptance of its own political linguistic conceptual apparatus. The heterogeneity of the subject of political language and the diversity of the approaches to its investigation are reflected in different understanding of the terminology used. This, as well as the absence of these terms in linguistic terminological dictionaries, has made it necessary to create a bilingual dictionary, containing the main political linguistic terms, that reflect today's level of development and state of the metalanguage in the sphere of political communication.
