TERM SYSTEM OF RELIGIOUS ARCHITECTURE DENOMINATIONS IN RUSSIAN, ARMENIAN AND ENGLISH
Abstract
The places of worship have always played an important role in society. Review and comparison of ecclesiastical building denominations are necessary for the specification of general and different features in Russian, Armenian and English. The terms of each language are represented in different quantities, they are of different origin, but nevertheless they have certain common points. The article presents the most appropriate ways of translating terms relating to the study area.
