Implied Meanings in the Dialogic Discourse in the French Language
Abstract
Answers with implied meanings are
a specific form of answers to negative questions. In
this article the main approaches to the analysis of
the implied meanings in the dialogic discourse are
viewed. Some characteristic features of the answers
with implied meanings in the dialog as a specific
communicative unit are defined and analysed.
