The specialities of translating space terms from English into Russian (on the basis of lexis from English articles)
Abstract
The importance of scientific and
technical translation rose sharply on the grounds of
rapid development of techniques and expanding of
documentation. It is necessary to have a very profound
knowledge of new technical terms and give
their precisely equivalents in Russian while translating
scientific documents, including space subjects.
The specialities of space terms and conditions of its
development and functioning in the investigated languages
are examined in the given article.
