The questions of studying realiæ (in the novel by Charles Dickens A tale of two cities)
Abstract
of studying English and French realiæ in the
text of the novel by Ch. Dickens A Tale of Two
Cities. The division of realiæ on different bases is
considered, including classification of realiæ on the
object basis. Special attention is paid to the division
of realiæ into own and strange realiæ within one
language, and besides into internal and external realities
within a pair of languages. The urgency of dividing
realiæ in this novel into modern and historical
realiæ according to time criterion is emphasized.
