Предметом данной статьи является речевой акт приветствия, как один из основных речевых актов вежливой коммуникации. Автор предпринимает попытку сопоставить различные формы приветствия в двух близкородственных языках - в польском и русском. Особое внимание уделяется вопросу выбора адекватных форм приветствия в зависимости от возраста, социального, полового и профессионального статуса собеседника. Автор приходит к выводу, что независимо от языка правильный выбор формы приветствия определяет тональность общения и влияет на его успех.
The subject of the article is a greeting as one of the basic speech acts of polite communication. The author is attempting to compare various types of greeting speech acts in two closely related languages, Polish and Russian. Special attention is paid to the problem of the right choice of greetings depending on the age, social position, gender and professional status of the interlocutor. The author comes to the conclusion that regardless of the language the right choice of a greeting determines the style of communication and influences its success.
