В представленной статье рассматриваются устойчивые синтагматические семантические связи лексемы false в английских поэтических текстах XVI и XIX вв. Автор считает возможным использование сплошной выборки и сопоставительный количественный анализ повторяющихся синтагматических сочетаний лексемы c морально-оценочным значением для исследования диахронической специфики категории моральной оценки в поэзии. В статье описываются семантические инварианты выделенных синтагматических сочетаний с false, на основании количественных данных делаются выводы о сходствах и различиях в функционировании лексемы false в английской поэзии XVI и XIX вв.
The article deals with stable syntactic semantic connections of the lexeme ‘false’ in English poetic texts of the XVI and XIX centuries. The author sees fit to use continuous sampling technique and comparative quantitative analysis of recurrent syntagmatic connections of a lexeme denoting moral evaluation to investigate diachronic peculiarities of the category of moral evaluation in poetry. The paper contains the description of some semantic invariants of the selected syntagmatic units; using quantitative data the author makes conclusions about similarities and differences in the use of the lexeme false in the English poetry of the XVI and XIX centuries.
