Для экспериментальной базы применялись сравнительно-сопоставительный анализ, а также метод сплошной выборки и анкетирование-опрос.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Эксперимент в рамках предлагаемой статьи показал оправданность применения методики ассоциативных полей при запоминании терминов и терминологических выражений на английском языке.</p><p>Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы в преподавании иностранного языка и межкультурного общения, а также в сравнительном языкознании и культурологии. Данные, извлечённые методом сплошной выборки, могут послужить основой для терминологического словаря экономического профиля, ассоциативного словаря, а также использоваться при запоминании иностранных слов при помощи ассоциаций.1</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim of the article is to show validity of application of methodology which assumes the use of associative fields for memorization of terms and terminological expressions in foreign (English) language.</p><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. The main methods of research are: comparative analysis, the method of continuous sampling and questionnaire-survey. </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The experiment within the framework of the article revealed the justification of the use of the associative fields technique when memorizing terms and terminological expressions in English.</p></sec><sec><title>Research implications</title><p>Research implications. The results obtained may be implemented in teaching a foreign language and intercultural communication, as well as in comparative linguistics and cultural studies.
