<trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
<title>Aim</title><p>Aim. This study analyzes the phenomenon of silence in organizational discourse and provides a theoretical justification for the category of organizational munos (the author's neologism), which is understood as a structurally fixed zone of the unarticulated in organizational communication.</p>
<title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. The main method is the analysis of scientific works that study the problems of communication in organizations from a sociopsychological, semiotic and discursive perspectives, as well as the development of an integrated approach to the phenomenon of silence, which is further used to conduct long-term participant observation of the communicative practices of companies of various organizational types.</p>
<title>Results</title><p>Results. It is shown that silence in an organization should be viewed not as a communicative failure, but as a systemic condition that determines the boundaries of what is articulated and what is not articulated in collaborative activities, and that such zones are formed not by individual decisions of the participants in the interaction, but by the architecture of the organization's discursive space.</p>
<title>Research implications</title><p>Research implications. The conceptual framework of organizational discourse research is expanded, and sociological theories of structure and action are integrated into the analysis of discursive constraints. The introduction of the munos category allows us to consider silence as a structural element of the system that forms the boundaries of organizational reality, which can have practical significance for building effective communication in organizations of various structures and sizes.</p>
</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>организационный дискурс</kwd><kwd>молчание в коммуникации</kwd><kwd>неартикулируемое</kwd><kwd>организационный мунос</kwd><kwd>дискурсивные ограничения</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>organizational discourse</kwd><kwd>silence in communication</kwd><kwd>the unarticulated</kwd><kwd>organizational munos</kwd><kwd>discursive limitations</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Brinsfield C.
