Цель. Контрастивный анализ разноструктурных языков направлен определение их возможностей в экспликации ментальности, формировании и сохранении традиционного культурного кода, раскрытие специфики языковой объективации информации, а также привлечение дополнительного внимания к проблеме сохранения идентичности и языкового многообразия в мире. Процедура и методы. Эмпирический материал проанализирован с применением комплекса общенаучных и лингвистических методов, в числе которых интерпретация, обобщение, методы компаративного, структурно-семантического, концептуального анализа, выбор которых обусловлен необходимостью определения механизма фиксации в языке этнокультурной информации, а также установления роли языка в формировании и сохранении национальнокультурной идентичности. Результаты. Раскрыты особенности лингвистической фиксации этноспецифичной информации в разноструктурных кабардино-черкесском, русском и английском языках. Обоснована необходимость содействия сохранению и развитию языков, обеспечения языкового многообразия. Теоретическая и практическая значимость заключается в выработке новых знаний относительно специфики лингвистической объективации этнокультурной информации, возможности дальнейшего изучения и использования полученных результатов в учебной и научной деятельности по направлениям «Лингвистика и межкультурная коммуникация», «Лингвокультурология», «Освоение второго языка», «Двуязычие».

Aim. A contrastive analysis of differently structured languages is aimed at determining their capabilities in explicating mentality, forming and preserving a traditional cultural code, revealing the specifics of linguistic objectification of information, as well as drawing additional attention to the problem of preserving identity and linguistic diversity in the world. Methodology. The empirical material was analyzed using a complex of general scientific and linguistic methods, including interpretation, generalization, methods of comparative, structural-semantic, conceptual analysis, the choice of which is explained by the need to determine the mechanism for fixing ethnocultural information in the language, as well as to establish the role of language in the formation and preservation of national-cultural identity. Results. The features of linguistic fixation of ethnospecific information in the differently structured Kabardino-Circassian, Russian and English languages are revealed. The necessity of promoting the preservation and development of languages, ensuring linguistic diversity on earth, is substantiated. Research implications. The study develops new knowledge regarding the specifics of linguistic objectification of ethnocultural information, the possibility of further study and use of the obtained results in educational and scientific activities in the areas “Linguistics and intercultural communication”, “Linguistic cultural studies”, “Second language acquisition”, “Bilingualism”.
