Цель исследования – разграничить понятия interdit / interdiction при анализе юридических текстов и нормативно-правовых актов, а также определить их особенности функционирования в узкопрофессиональном французском правовом дискурсе. Особенности юридического дискурса представляют наибольший интерес для исследования, так как в законах и правовых актах отражаются динамично развивающиеся жизненные реалии и явления в обществе.

Процедура и методы

Процедура и методы. Материалом для исследования послужили международные информационные ресурсы, тексты законов, статьи на французском языке, отобранные в результате сплошной выборки. При анализе фактического материала применялись описательный и сравнительно-сопоставительный методы с приёмами лингвистического наблюдения, сравнения и др.

Результаты

Результаты. В результате проведённого исследования были выявлены различия и особенности функционирования терминов interdit / interdiction в юридических текстах французского языка в период 2018–2021 гг.

Теоретическая и практическая значимость. Полученные результаты исследования правовых понятий interdit / interdiction и их функционирования вносят вклад в теорию лингвистики, а также вместе с отобранным для исследования фактическим материалом могут использоваться в преподавании таких вузовских дисциплин, как «Лексикология французского языка», «Стилистика французского языка», «Практический курс французского языка» и др.

Aim

Aim. To distinguish the concepts of interdit/ interdiction in the analysis of legal texts and regulatory legal acts, as well as to determine their functioning features in the highly professional French legal discourse. The peculiarities of legal discourse are of the greatest interest for research, since laws and legal acts reflect dynamically developing life realities and phenomena in society.

Methodology

Methodology. The material for the study was international information resources, law texts, articles in French selected through continuous sampling. Descriptive and comparative methods with the techniques of linguistic observation, comparison, etc. were used in the analysis of factual material.

Results

Results. As a result of the conducted research, the differences and peculiarities of the functioning of the concepts interdit/ interdiction in the legal texts of the French language in the period 2018-2021 were revealed.

Research implications

Research implications. The results obtained in the study of the legal concepts of interdit/ interdiction and their functioning contribute to the theory of linguistics, and combined with the factual material selected for the study can be used in teaching such university disciplines as “Lexicology of the French language”, “Stylistics of the French language”, “Practical course of the French language”, etc.
